LensCoat® Lens Collar Insert

The reinforced foam is surprisingly firm yet light, and slipping it around the lens took seconds—it hugs the collar snugly without any shifting. My long lens finally sits stable in the bag instead of wobbling around, which alone makes it worth the money.

I was worried the foam would be too stiff, but it's actually lightweight and flexible enough to cushion my lens without adding bulk to the bag.

Fits snugly around the lens right behind the camera, and the nylon cover feels tough enough for tossing the bag around. The lightweight foam makes it a no-brainer to leave in place during a full day of hiking.
