TravelCoat® Canon 400 f/5.6

I was a bit worried about fit, but the 3mm neoprene snugly hugs my Canon 400 f/5.6, making it easy to slide into a packed bag without any jostling. This cover definitely frees up valuable space and gives me peace of mind.

The 3mm neoprene is noticeably thicker than my old cover, and it hugs the barrel without sliding around. Only gripe is the fit is snug enough that mounting the lens cap takes a bit of wiggling, but the padding gives me real peace of mind in my bag.

The zipper slides smoothly over the lens mount, and the closed-cell neoprene feels dense enough to toss the 400mm in a duffel without a padded insert. It's a snug fit, as advertised, which took a little wiggling the first time but now it's perfect. Only wish the pull tab were a bit longer.
