The textured finish really grips well, even with damp hands, and the open cutouts for the focus knob are perfectly aligned. It took maybe ten minutes to install and hasn't shifted at all during a rainy hike. My scope feels much more secure against trail bumps now.

Peeled off the protective film and slid it on—the cutouts align perfectly with the eyepiece and focus ring, so nothing’s blocked. My scope’s already bonked against a rock on a steep trail, and the cover took the scrape without a mark.

The fit is snug enough that it doesn’t shift when I’m hiking, yet the cutouts line up perfectly with the focus ring and eyepiece. Scrapes from rocks and branches have left zero marks on the scope so far, which makes me feel a lot better about resale value down the road.
