LensCoat® Pentax FA* 600mm f4

The camo covering does exactly what it says—shrugs off scrapes and bumps without adding bulk to an already hefty lens. After a season of hiking and shooting in rough brush, the coating’s still intact and my glass looks untouched underneath.

I’ve had this lens cover for a few months now, and it’s already saved my 600mm from a couple of nasty scrapes in the field. The fit is snug but not impossible to get on, and it doesn’t slide around when I’m hiking.

The coating really helps break up the outline when I'm shooting wildlife, which is a nice bonus. It's snug without being a struggle to put on, and I feel better knowing the lens has some protection from scrapes.
