LensCoat® Nikon 16-35VR

The neoprene texture grips the lens well without adding much bulk, and it slipped on perfectly after a few minutes of adjusting the Velcro. I've already bumped it against a rock on a hike with no marks to show for it.

I was a little worried the fit would be too snug, but it went on my 16-35VR smoothly and the cutouts for the switches and rings are spot-on. The neoprene padding is just thick enough to absorb minor bumps without making the lens feel bulky. Overall, a solid protective cover for field use.

The fit is snug enough that it doesn't shift around in my bag, and the material’s texture really does break up the lens's silhouette when I'm shooting in the field. It's already saved me from a few nasty scrapes against rocks, and my resale value is safe.
