LensCoat® كانون 300 f/2.8 IS

Slipping this cover on my 300 f/2.8 was quick and the fit is impressively snug—no sagging or bunching. It’s already saved the lens from a few clumsy bumps against a rock wall.

I was worried about scratching this expensive lens on a rocky shoot, but the cover’s tight fit around the IS unit stays put even when hiking. The material feels dense enough to actually absorb small bumps.

The velcro closures on this cover sit snugly around the barrel, so it doesn’t shift even when I’m hauling the lens over my shoulder. I’ve already bumped it against a rock ledge once, and there’s not a single scrape on the finish—definitely worth it for keeping the resale value up.
