Installed this cover on my angled Ares G2 and the fit was precise—snug around the eyepiece and objective bell. Took it out in light rain and the material beaded water nicely, plus the neoprene adds just enough padding for careless handling in the truck bed.

Dropped my scope on a rock last weekend and the cover took the scuff instead of the housing, which is exactly why I bought it. The neoprene stretches over the straight 65mm body without bunching, and it stays put when I'm sliding the scope in and out of a pack.

The neoprene fits the 15-45x eyepiece tightly without blocking the focus ring, which was my main worry. Took it out in the rain last weekend and the body stayed dry, plus the extra padding already saved me from a nasty knock against a fence post.
